Yes they are Here!!

OUr brand new 2012 edition of FUMC Directories have arrived and are available for pickup.  Directories may be picked up in the church office or after each worship service starting February 5th.  The directory must be signed for at the time of pickup.  OUr heartfelt thanks go to Dottie Darswell and her committee for their hard work and determination in preparing the spectacular directory.

Women’s Health

If you need help with getting your mammogram paid for or other problems concerning breast care, please contact the Community Health Resource Center.  Their outreach program currently has plenty of funding to assist those in need.  Holly Gillies is the Coordinator for the Susan G. Organ Fund

A return visit by Richard Schneider is needed to reinstall a vital part of our organ which could not be repaired on site.  In addition, the long neglected maintenance to the rest of our organ must also be completed.   Your Contributions to the  ”Organ Fund” are urgently needed and greatly appreciated.

One Worship Service — February 12th

Due to the church-wide Valentine Banquet and Dessert Auction on SUnday Feb. 12th, we will have one combined worship service in the Sanctuary at 10:50 am.  The Family Life Center will be decorated for the banquet to be held immediately after morning worship.  Sunday school time will be held at 10 AM as usual.  We Hope everyone will remain after church and attend the banquet.  Tickets can be purchased from any youth.  All proceeds will be used to fund our youth’s mission trip this summer.

Confirmation Class

This years class will begin next Sunday January 29th with a Parent/Confirmand  meeting in the church library at 10 AM.  All children int grades six through nine who have not attended a class before are eligible and classes will be held during the Sunday School hour in February and March.
